Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out appropriate paper work. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointment. We kindly ask for 24 hours notice to reschedule any spa appointments (emergencies excluded). Otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled spa appointments applies.

Payment

We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. There will be a $35 fee for returned checks.

Gratuities / Tipping

Tips are accepted at the reception desk; discrete envelopes are provided.

Spa Experience

Clients of all ages are welcome. Some services may require parental release. We love children, however, we want you to relax, so please make childcare arrangements. Bring only those to whom services are rendered. For you to experience the full pleasure of your treatment and out of consideration for other clients, please turn cell phones and pagers off and keep noise to a minimum.
